"Smoky Hollow: Get Ready"
Kane Realty needed a bold, engaging promotional video to bring the Smoky Hollow district to life ahead of its official launch. The objective was to support leasing momentum, drive brand awareness, and showcase the walkable, mixed-use experience to future residents, tenants, and visitors. Working alongside a creative director and a marketing team building the new brand identity, website, and social presence, the goal was clear: position Smoky Hollow as downtown Raleigh's most exciting destination to live, work, and play.
We partnered early to ensure the video aligned with Smoky Hollow's growing brand identity. We aimed to immerse viewers in the full experience. From concept through final delivery, we crafted a punchy, high-energy edit layered with bold sound design and fast-paced visuals that mirrored the district's real-life rhythm. In alignment with a myriad of other creative assets, every frame was designed with intentionality: buzzing sidewalks, collaborative co-working spaces, comfortable home settings, kitchens and bars in action, unique shopping, locals connecting - all captured through cinematic moments that feel alive and grounded. The result is a video that doesn't just highlight Smoky Hollow; it invites people to be part of it, reinforcing Kane Realty's vision of placemaking at its most vibrant.
